*Last-Minute, Expedited Service is a PREMIUM inspection service offered by Investment Inspection. This service is applied to any inspection requests that are requested within LESS than 24 hours notice of requested appointment date/time. This will most likely require cancellation or rescheduling of prior scheduled appointments to open up availability to the expedited client. An additional expedited fee will be applied in addition to standard Home Inspection rates.
